When a really good song is turned into something completely different but you can still recognize the thing that made you love the song in the first place – that’s what you call a really great cover. Our favorite Afro girl, Kaliné just dropped the visuals for her cover on Olamide’s hit track; “Shakitibobo” and we are loving the mellow, soulful vibes she brings to the track. The song is part of the singer’s recent collaboration with artist, Polly Alakija called “The Beetle Sessions”.

In the video, you will see Kaline singing from a beetle – hand painted by Polly Alakija in an ode to Nigeria’s 1960 independence.
